Project brief and payment checklist
The tools process your inputs only in the memory of the current browser tab. Answers and generated text are not sent to modeleven or an AI service and are not stored in URLs. Leaving or reloading the page clears them. Copy uses your device clipboard; Markdown download and printing happen locally. Export anything you wish to keep.

Task names, volumes, time assumptions, costs and calculations are processed only in the memory of the current browser tab. They are not transmitted or stored in URLs or browser storage. Resetting, reloading or leaving clears inputs and results. Copy, text/Markdown download and print operate locally; exports include the assumptions used. Analytics receives no inputs or results.
Was it AI? Image inspection
Selected JPEG and PNG files, filenames and inspection results stay in the memory of this browser tab. They are not uploaded, stored in URLs or browser storage, or sent to analytics. Resetting, reloading or leaving clears them. Inspection software loads from this website. Remote credentials, trust lists and online certificate checks are not retrieved.
Display and consent preferences
Your explicit light/dark choice and analytics decision are stored in your browser’s local storage. These settings provide your requested appearance and preserve your privacy choice. Without an explicit theme selection, the site follows your system preference. You can remove these entries through your browser’s site-data settings.
Optional Matomo analytics
Only on the production domain, and only with your consent, we load Matomo from matomo.modeleven.com (site ID 4). We measure page views without URL parameters, resource use, tool completion, export actions and contact-link clicks. Answers, briefs and checklist contents are excluded. Tracking cookies and automatic link tracking are disabled. Matomo respects Do Not Track. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Withdrawing consent
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to decline analytics at any time. This stops further analytics; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Local previews do not load analytics.
Contact by email and phone
When you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide to handle your enquiry or prepare or carry out work together (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; Article 6(1)(f) for general business enquiries). Email enquiries are processed through Microsoft 365. Microsoft therefore participates in processing email communications; this processing is not limited to our Hetzner infrastructure. Enquiries and related communications are deleted once the enquiry and necessary follow-up are complete and no collaboration or other justified retention remains. Contract records are kept where needed to perform the contract, meet legal obligations or establish or defend specific legal claims. These criteria do not imply automatic deletion by Microsoft 365.
Embedded appointment booking
Our contact page embeds our Cal booking service at booking.modeleven.com, self-hosted on Hetzner infrastructure within the EU. Loading it provides the service with necessary connection data, including your IP address and browser information. When you book, we process the contact details and appointment information you enter to arrange the conversation (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; Article 6(1)(f) for general business enquiries). Booking works independently of Matomo consent. Inputs from our tools are not passed to the booking service. Information entered in the calendar is processed by the booking service; the tools’ browser-local processing does not apply to appointment bookings. Booking records and related communications are deleted when the appointment, any rescheduling and necessary follow-up are complete, unless needed for a resulting collaboration or a justified contractual or legal purpose. Self-hosting does not itself provide an automatic deletion schedule.
Conversations through Microsoft Teams
We use Microsoft Teams, part of Microsoft 365, for online meetings. Microsoft processes information including names and contact details, meeting details, technical connection data and the audio, video, chat or screen content you share during the conversation. This supports conducting and following up on the business conversation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; Article 6(1)(b) where taking pre-contractual steps with you as the contracting party). Stored meeting communications follow the enquiry-completion and necessary-follow-up criteria above. Microsoft defaults do not replace our own deletion criteria; different data types can be treated differently.
Microsoft processing and international transfers
Microsoft processes Microsoft 365 data under its Products and Services Data Protection Addendum. Microsoft also documents processing outside its EU Data Boundary, depending on the service and features used. Contractual safeguards include EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The Microsoft documents linked below explain these terms and exceptions. This does not promise that all Microsoft processing is confined to the EU.
Serving the website
We host this website with Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, on infrastructure within the EU. When you request a page, the hosting service necessarily receives information including your IP address, requested path, time and browser details. Serving and securing the site is based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Fonts and images are served by this website; there are no external font services or embedded videos.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for future processing. You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at). Contact us to exercise your rights.
